Description

The Role:

  • Design, develop, and upload engaging and interactive content for the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Create and assign structured learning paths for Retail Showroom Managers.
  • Monitor the progress and completion of learning paths assigned to managers and generate regular reports on learner engagement and performance.
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for newly appointed managers, introducing them to the LMS platform, navigation, and learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for LMS-related queries from learners and managers.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
  • Deliver training sessions on Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Effective Sales techniques in both physical and virtual formats.
  • Coordinate & facilitate the online training sessions for the managers.
  • Assist in updating training modules and maintaining version control of all training materials.

The Person:

  • Diploma or Certification in Training & Development from CIPM or City & Guilds.
  • Additional qualifications in Marketing (SLIM Certification is acceptable).
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a Training & Development role, ideally within a corporate or retail environment.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning tools will be an added advantage.
  • Strong command of presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
