Responsibilities
• Develop and compile data and reports including charts, tables, etc. relating to operations and business objectives
• Maintaining and managing calendars and schedules
• Recording/ Publishing meeting minutes
• Liaising with all the departments for operational purposes
• Fluency in Oral and written English
• Partly or fully qualified in secretarial work
• At least 1 year of related experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is a must
• Compose correspondence, memos and other related documents independently
