Job Responsibilities:
- Provide regular reports to the management and other relevant bodies detailing any current issues or information as required.
- Carry out periodic compliance reports to ensure compliance with rules and regulations issued by regulatory authorities.
- Submission of statutory reports to regulatory authorities.
- Manage the successful delivery of compliance projects ensuring technical excellence and practical/ business driven approach.
- Maintain regular contact and good working relationship with Stakeholders.
- Monitor, follow up and report on compliance status.
- Communicate regulatory developments in a timely manner.
- Awareness of compliance requirements and related training for the staff
Requirements
- A degree from a recognized university or full or part professional qualification in Finance or Business Management.
- 2 years post qualifying experience preferably in a reputed organization at a similar capacity in handling compliance/Finance.
- Ability to liaise with regulators, knowledge on regulations relevant to the finance industry and understanding of compliance management.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
