Description
The ICT Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ICT projects within the hospital. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Coordination: Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including IT staff, clinical staff, and vendors.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Support: Provide administrative support to the IT project team, including scheduling meetings and organizing project materials.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Skills:

- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and standards (e.g., EHR, HIPAA).
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
