The Intern - Planning is responsible for assisting in all activities related to pre-production planning and scheduling for the assigned business unit by coordinating with various stakeholders. The role holder is responsible for following up and ensuring the timely availability of raw materials for production at the Trial, Pilot, and Bulk stages. Additionally, the individual tracks the status of raw materials and helps prepare and circulate reports to the relevant stakeholders. Implementing ad-hoc projects to improve raw material planning and tracking is also integral to the role. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for executing their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in planning and scheduling pre-production activities to ensure optimized capacity utilization and on-time customer delivery.
- Supporting the deployment of the pre-production plan, monitoring execution, and resolving issues.
- Aiding in risk analysis during the pre-production, trial, and PPZ stages, and preparing and circulating reports accordingly.
Education
Undergraduates who are specialized in Physical Science/Applied Science or any other relevant field.
Experience
CIMA Qualification will be an added advantage
