Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.
Position Requirements
- A Diploma in Computer Science / recognized Professional qualification in IT
- Basic knowledge in Windows Servers and networks
- Excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently under pressure, multitask and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- End user support / troubleshooting
- Test, implement & maintain business applications
- Level one support for systems and network related issues
- Support for Server and Network administer activities
- Adhere & implement PwC Global/local IT standards
- Ensure with firm’s IT Security requirements, including Information Security Management System (ISMS) on all above areas and monitor status regularly
