- Part qualification in the field of Human Resources Management
- Sound verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English
- Proficiency in MS Office Package and social media platforms will be a definite advantage
- Enthusiastic, self-driven and possess the ability to perform under minimum supervision
The candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting the overall Human Resources agenda through talent acquisition, documentation, record management and coordination with the network of Pizza Hut and Taco Bell outlets on people initiatives and employee engagement activities.
