- Research and troubleshoot HRIS problems and provide necessary improvements to the HRIS and related processers.
- Successful implementation of HRIS functions.
- Monitor and keep up the quality in HRIS functions.
- Provide guidance and training for the team to ensure the accuracy of the HRIS.
- Process automation and workflow analysis.
- Create HR Analytical reports for strategic decision making in the organization.
- Work closely with the project teams to oversee all HR related matters of the projects.
