We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.</li><li>Assist in the offboarding process, including exit interviews and managing the return of company property.</li><li>Update and maintain HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.</li><li>Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes within the company.</li><li>Help track and manage employee performance data, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.</li><li>Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining employee profile formats.</li><li>Draft and prepare employee service letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and events.</li><li>Schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR-related appointments.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>6+ months of experience in HR operations within the IT industry.</li><li>Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience in an IT-related company is required.</li></ul>
