Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Overlook the Engagement and Performance Management Cycles within the Organization.
- Designing of annual budgets for engagement activities and have an execution plan.
- Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of
- the appraisals.
- Contribute to the development and integration of KPI and competency models within PMIS.
- Overlook and coordinate with the HRIS system providers in a smooth process flow within the PMIS.
- Responsible in supporting the HODs on any re-evaluations, promotion cycles and appreciation letters and ensure it's
- handled in a fair, transparent, and equitable way. Play a key role in supporting, organizing and implementing events
- planned monthly or quarterly in driving participation.
- Design effective communication methods and channels within the hospital & lab network.
- Implement employee welfare & wellbeing programmes.
- Implement industry best practices in employee engagement to enhance employee experience.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- A HR degree holder with at least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong relationship management and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in vendor or agency management.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle stress and pressure.
