Description
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized university/ institute
- 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity in a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and work with minimum supervision
- Hands on experience in MS Office package ERP System and working in a computerized environment
Responsibilities
- Responsible to deliver value added service to management and employees and must coordinate with all locations under Abans Auto to carry out HR Operation.
- Ensures 100% completion of all HR service requirements of all stakeholders on time.
- Ensures Performance Management System is carried out as per the PMS calendar for the employees under Abans Auto
- Provides Payroll information to the Payroll team before the payroll cutoff day.
- Coordinates employee engagement as per ER activity plan.
- Ensures all ELC activities are 100% completed as per the given service level standards.
