Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced marketing professional to join our team as the Head of Marketing. In this role, you will lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with segment and product heads to implement effective product marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing corporate branding, ATL, and PR to shape brand positioning. Additionally, you will oversee the bank’s digital marketing and BTL branding activities, support branch refurbishments by evaluating locations, designing floor plans, and managing both interior and exterior branding. You will also handle national-level out-of-home (OOH) advertising and provide guidance for regional and branch-level events and BTL activities. As the leader of the customer experience function, you will work to enhance our overall consumer value proposition. Furthermore, you will head the Financial Consumer Protection Unit, ensuring strict compliance with standards, and lead the Customer Complaint Handling Unit to maintain high standards and ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.

Candidate Profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline from a recognized university. An MBA is a plus.
  • Professional Qualification from SLIM/CIM or Banking Qualification from IBSL.
  • Proven experience in a senior role, preferably as a Senior Manager/Head of Marketing or similar.
  • Experience in managing diverse high functioning teams
  • Proven track record in leading strategic marketing initiatives and NPD activities for a financial services sector.
  • Thorough knowledge in ATL/BTL and digital marketing activities.
  • Experience in maintaining a healthy relationship with marketing agencies and media houses and other key stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of the marketing function & operations of the business.
  • Good analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
