The Role:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, ensuring a strong people-first approach. Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational growth through effective HR practices.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Ensure workforce planning aligns with business needs while fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee performance management frameworks, setting clear KPIs and ensuring continuous feedback. Develop career growth initiatives to enhance employee potential and succession planning.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry regulations. Continuously review and update policies to maintain a fair and legally compliant workplace.
- Foster a positive and engaging work culture that enhances employee satisfaction and retention. Drive initiatives that promote teamwork, motivation, and a strong employee value proposition.
- Design competitive compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages to attract and retain skilled employees while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and leadership capabilities. Implement initiatives that promote continuous learning and upskilling.
- Act as a key advisor in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and transparent processes.
- Develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees
- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure employee health and safety programs are effectively implemented, creating a safe work environment.
- Drive the adoption of HR technology to enhance efficiency in recruitment, payroll, and employee records management. Continuously optimize HR processes for improved service delivery.
- Monitor key HR metrics, analyze workforce trends, and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.
- Manage the HR budget effectively, optimizing resources to support business and HR objectives without compromising efficiency.
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 12- 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the environmental services, facilities management, or related industries is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle employee relations effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
