Head of Deposits (Banking & Non-Banking Finance Industry)

Minimum 12 years of experience in fund mobilization, out of which 03 years should be in a senior manager capacity in a Bank or a Non-Banking Financial Institution.

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or full or part qualification in banking or finance. An MBA will be an added advantage.

Should have a proven track record with a broad understanding of fixed deposit operations management, system implementation, planning, designing, and monitoring of FD product portfolios and compliance.

Proven ability to interact, influence and develop relationships at al levels with a high degree of integrity, loyalty, and ability to adapt/contribute in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
