Prerequisites
- Previous experience in administration is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala. Strong communication and organising skills.
- Fully vaccinated candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist Group Executive Chef on administration tasks.
- Liaise with other departments, hotels and vendors related to culinary department projects. Monitor inventory levels and provide necessary details to relevant stakeholders.
- Tracking kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste.
- Assist Group Executive Chef to streamline processes to maintain prompt service
