Responsibilities
• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for various projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, social media assets, and website design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Design and produce print and digital materials, ensuring high-quality and consistency across all mediums.
• Maintain and evolve the company's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new design elements that enhance brand recognition.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and achieve project goals.
• Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our visual content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance the design process and create innovative visual content
Pre - Requisites
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of print and digital design processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
