A Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA
Experience
Relevant industry experience of 2 years is an added advantage
Fluency in English and Sinhalese languages, attention to detail, teamwork, and a structured and disciplined work approach
Ability to deliver results on time
Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude and develop effective interpersonal relationships with cross-functional teams
Flexible to work at locations outside Colombo
1. Preparing budgets, controlling overheads, and analyzing variances
2. Driving the factory P&L whilst minimizing the margin erosion
3. Ensuring adherence to Group policies & procedures and the appropriate control framework to safeguard assets
4. Providing information to the Management in a timely and accurate manner, as per the stipulated guidelines
5. Creating value by providing information/analysis to assist in driving the business
