Should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
· A diploma / degree from a hotel school will be an added advantage
■ Excellent team player with good interpersonal and customer service skills
■ Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala
■ Fully vaccinated candidates are encouraged to apply
■ Supervise the functions of all food & beverage employees
■ Working closely with all levels of staff including Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping and Front Office to role model best practices and behaviours for employees throughout the property
■ Ensure the hotel is productive, maintains required quality standards and customer service standards
■ Coordinate with Group FEB Manager with product and service upgrading
■ Take an active role in coaching and developing staff to reach hotel expectations
■ Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
■ Identify training needs and assist in implementing and conducting training sessions for all staff
