Job Role:<ul><li>Focus on the quality aspect of technical decisions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Monitor and assess the quality of call center operations.</li><li>Conduct technical training sessions for underwriting and sales teams.</li><li>Contribute to product development by working on product specifications, policy conditions, and proposal forms.</li><li>Confirm alignment with established operational processes.</li><li>Handle responses to regulators, Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), Financial Crime and Counter-Terrorism Division (FCCID), and ombudsman.</li><li>Address matters referred to Life Operations.</li><li>Ensure technical compliance with regulatory requirements for new processes.</li><li>Participate in system projects as a representative from the Life Technical Division.</li></ul> Job Pre-Requisites:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (preferred first class or second upper) in insurance stream.</li><li>Experience in the field of insurance is an added advantage.</li><li>Must be competent with MI, Reporting, and data analytical skills.</li></ul>
