Description
Job Role:
- Involve in Life Underwriting for New Business.
- Ensure smooth operation of the respective team by achieving service standards
- Ensure the good relationship with Banks / Brokers and sales teams.
- Ensure to drive the team to achieving goal.
- Manage daily job allocation to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure the accuracy of service delivery for banks/ Sales teams & Brokers
- Generating the MIS reports and Present to relevant authorities.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative in completing tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Life Underwriting, specifically medical underwriting.
- Degree/Diploma related to Insurance preferred.
- Insurance qualifications such as Alll/CIl Diploma are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate in Tamil as an advantage.
- Strong team player with excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Preference for candidates with industry experience
