Executive - Life Underwriting - DTA

Job Role:

• Involve in Life Underwriting for New Business.
• Ensure smooth operation of the respective team by achieving service standards
• Ensure the good relationship with Banks / Brokers and sales teams.
• Ensure to drive the team to achieving goal.
• Manage daily job allocation to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure the accuracy of service delivery for banks/ Sales teams & Brokers
• Generating the MIS reports and Present to relevant authorities.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative in completing tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.

Job Pre-Requisites:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Life Underwriting, specifically medical underwriting.
• Degree/Diploma related to Insurance preferred.
• Insurance qualifications such as Alll/CIl Diploma are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate in Tamil as an advantage.
• Strong team player with excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Preference for candidates with industry experience
