Academic/Professional Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Operational knowledge in HR with 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Diploma in HR Management from CIPM/recognized professional body.
- G.C.E. (A/L) with credit passes in English and Mathematics in G.C.E. (O/L).
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with HR Analytics.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
