Executive - Digital Marketing

Required Qualifications/Experience/Characteristics:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from an advertising/digital agency
• Should possess a degree in business management or marketing and be fully/partly qualified in CIM/SLIM
• Experience in developing static, video and animated content and handling social media platforms and websites
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala is a must (fluency in Tamil would be an added advantage)
• Should be a critical thinker and result oriented
• Should be less than 27 years of age

• Work with Manager Marketing to formulate and execute integrated marketing campaigns and actively manage all social media assets of the Group
• Assist Manager Marketing to execute content management, social media presence and SEO strategies
• Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blog articles and reply to inquiries, complaints and other general messages raised through social media within the given timeframe
• Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant analytical sites and drive traffic to company web pages
• Development of creative material for business units and social media platforms
• Draft press articles and other communication material as and when required
• Liaise with business units and agencies in developing competitions
