The Person

  • Possess a BSc. Degree in Economics / Finance / Statistics / Marketing or equivalent CIMA – fully qualified.
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Ideal candidate should have good analytical skills, good interpersonal and communication skills.

You are Responsible for the role of Sales planning relevant to Enterprise (LE / SME / SOHO) Sales, to drive the business objectives for all products. Accountable for planning, implementation & performance tracking & evaluation of relevant plans.

  • Responsible for Structural Sales developments / transformations to enable achievement of business objectives & support strategic aims.
  • Identify & support creation of enablers required for developing Sales (systems, reporting tools, other infra, etc.), accountable for annual business planning and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with other relevant stakeholders (e.g. BU’s regional teams etc) for necessary inputs / support / approvals / execution.
  • Support in digital strategy formulation – input on digitization requirements for planning, operational & reporting purposes.
  • Taking a lead role in end-to-end tactical planning & execution (e.g. quarterly promos, other trade / sales promos) to complement sales performance, meet growth targets, expand market share etc.
  • Countering competitor activities / initiatives to maintain market leadership and growth momentum.
  • Planning & implementing Sales GTM campaigns for new products.
  • Working closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and Sales insights for use in strategic and tactical planning.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Planning, Sales management team, Senior Management and BU’s for annual sales targets for relevant products.
  • Develop region / sector target setting mechanisms by incorporating bottom-up and top down approach.
