As a field Customer Support Executive / Technician you will be a part of our talented technical team to offer services to corporate level customers on site.
Responsibilities
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair of IT equipment (Specially – Notebooks/ Tabs/ PCs).
- Good Knowledge and Understanding on IT products / Technologies (Hardware, Software and Network).
- Higher Diploma / Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science from a recognized University / Institute Or Equivalent Professional Qualifications
- 1 -2 Years Experience in a similar role
- Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
