Our hospital group is expanding its presence in Sri Lanka to facilitate access to world-class medical treatment for high-net-worth patients. Job Purpose: The Customer Relationship executive will be responsible for promoting our hospitals’ services in Sri Lanka by working with patients and high-net-worth individuals. This individual will lead patient marketing efforts, build patient pipelines, and manage all aspects of patient coordination. The role includes understanding trends that may impact patients, developing strategies accordingly to retain existing patients, identifying and cultivating suitable patients to be Key opinion leaders, as well as managing patient services from enquiry through to travel, admission, and billing. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Growth: Identify patient demands and develop suitable strategies to meet them Identifying appropriate patients and supporting them throughout their healthcare journey. To develop strategies for penetrating social circles of high-net-worth patientsPrepare and submit monthly activity reports, detailing the efforts and outcomes achieved in patient pipeline development and marketing initiatives. Marketing & Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our hospitals' services in Sri Lanka, specifically targeting high-net-worth individuals.Visiting doctors and managing the relationship Organize targeted seminars, promotional, marketing and publicity efforts (webinars, physical events, etc) to raise awareness of our medical services and facilities in Singapore.Patient Coordination & Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all patient-related enquiries from Sri Lanka and ensure timely responses and smooth coordination. Manage all necessary arrangements for referred patients, including hospital bed reservations, direct admissions, medical appointments, travel and transport logistics, and billing. Coordinate with hospital teams in Singapore to ensure seamless patient care and communication throughout the treatment process. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.2 to 3 years of experience in Sri Lanka with experience in Private hospital playing the role of customer care and doctor onboarding for the hospital ( first preference) pharmaceutical, medical deviceAn established network of contacts in Sri Lanka (including private bankers, doctors, and corporate payors) with proven referral channels, is advantageous. Experience in organizing marketing events, seminars, and promotional activities.Proven ability to work independently while managing complex responsibilities.Passionate and motivated by achieving results and not afraid to push through my comfort zone.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and patients.Digital marketing experience in managing social media.Strong verbal and written communication skills in all 3 languages English, Sinhala & Tamil
