Minimum Degree or professional qualification in Marketing / Business Management;
Minimum of 15 year of total experience in which minimum 5 years in the senior managerial /leadership role preferably in a reputed construction / FMCG company;
Proven abilty to manage budgets, marketing strategies and deliver results;
Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and both written and verbal communication skills;
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and Initiatives;
Lead market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights:
Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email social media, and website optimization;
Create and execute a content marketing strategy that positions the company as a thought leader in the industry;
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners;
Monitor and report on marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
