Description

The key objective of this position is to elevate organizational productivity by enhancing the effectiveness of the workforce. As the Chief Manager - Human Resources (CM - HR), The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the entire employee life cycle, manpower planning, strategic staffing, managing the employee compensation and benefits, defining/designing work processes, and handling the exit process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a focal point for managing and enhancing industrial relations within the organization, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient manpower planning to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet its objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent that aligns with the organization's goals
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-caliber employees.
  • Define and design work processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive support throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Handle the exit process with professionalism and care, conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of work experience, with at least 8 years of managerial experience in HR Management. Ideally, handling HR in the banking industry and experience in following Central Bank governance would be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree specialized in HRM from a recognized university or professional qualification in HR from CIPM/recognized professional body.
  • MBA/MSc from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices including experience in handling HRIS
  • Proven track record of strategic HR leadership, driving organizational change, and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to support business objectives.
