A company based in Colombo is seeking a Channel Sales Manager - Sevill
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategic channel sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
- Identifying, on-boarding and developing new channel partners, including distributors, re-sellers and retailers, based on market analysis and business objectives.
- Collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure effective product launches, promotions and sales support
- Monitoring market trends, competitors activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjusting channel strategies accordingly
- Analyzing sales data, tracking performance metrics, preparing regular reports to evaluate channel performance and proposing actionable insights for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing (or a similar qualification)
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity within channel sales.
- Result oriented with a focus on achieving business targets, along with a proven track record of delivery
