Job Role:
- Sales and Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed broker endowment targets.
- Broker Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers for long-term growth and collaboration.
- Team Leadership and Training: Lead and manage the team, providing guidance and training to enhance performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet business objectives.
- Market and Strategic Development: Analyze market trends, develop strategies, and adjust plans based on competitor activities.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain management information systems, manage data and claims records, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Client and Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal departments for smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
- Customer Experience: Enhance customer experience by delivering exceptional service and promptly resolving issues.
- Financial Management and Reporting: Manage budget and financial planning, and report regularly to senior management on progress and performance metrics.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- Part or full qualification in ACII.
- A Degree or Professional Qualification in a relevant field.
- An MBA or a degree related to sales is an added advantage
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing broker relationships.
