We are an Australian cleaning services company looking for a fluent English-speaking female staff member to manage our phone communications and daily operations from home.
🔹 Job Role Includes:
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Calling leads, explaining our services, and securing bookings
Coordinating schedules and assigning jobs to cleaners
Communicating with clients and internal teams via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Ensuring smooth operations across multiple bookings daily
🔹 Requirements:
Excellent English fluency (spoken and written)
Must be confident in understanding different accents, especially Australian, Indian, and Middle Eastern
Comfortable talking to people over the phone throughout the day
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Must have a quiet working environment, own laptop or PC, and stable internet connection
Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or booking coordination is preferred
🔹 Work Schedule:
8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday (Australian time)
🔹 Salary:
