Job Pre-requisites:

  • Passed G.C.E A/L.
  • Passing the Insurance Foundation Certificate course will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 01 – 02 years experience in the similar field.
  • Fluency in Sinhala and English. Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage.

  • Handle all inbound calls of Life insurance customers effectively and provide first contact resolution to all inquiries.
  • Properly follow up the inquiries and ensure to give feedback to the customers whenever required.
  • Understand, analyze customer complaints, take proper actions and drive towards resolution within the stipulated service levels.
  • Accurately track all the inquiries, requests and complaints received from the customers.
  • Maintain the service level and other service standards of the inbound call centre and ensure high quality service to all the customers consistently.
  • Cross sell and up sell products / services to the customers.
  • Report the performance of the inbound call centre on weekly and monthly basis to the management.
  • Drive the initiatives / special projects related to the customer service department.
