We are looking for an experienced and energetic Operations Manager to take full responsibility for running our café and concept store.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain high service standards, atmosphere, and overall look of the café and shop.
• Supervise kitchen, bar, and retail area operations.
• Manage staff schedules, hiring, training, and motivation.
• Handle inventories, purchasing, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with checklists, cleaning standards, and daily opening/closing routines.
• Provide excellent guest communication and resolve issues.
• Promote the café on Instagram, TripAdvisor, Google Maps.
• Organize and oversee delivery services.
Requirements:
• Excellent English (mandatory), Russian is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Manager in a hotel, café, or restaurant chain.
• Strong leadership and process management skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Conditions:
