Description

Your primary responsibilities includes,

  • Develop and execute business strategies to attract and retain clients to expand the customer base
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Identify potential business opportunities
  • Conduct the client need assessment and evacuation the outcomes
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to optimize business performance.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate business insights and recommendations to senior management.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• G.C.E. Advance Level

• Possess a fully/ part qualification in Business Management/Marketing or any other equivalent field would be an added qualification.

• Related work experience in the given field will be an added advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala

• Excellent in analytical skills

• Have ability to work under pressure and handle multiple duties at a given time
