Description
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in various aspects of business analysis, including requirement gathering and analysis, problem analysis, process modeling, stakeholder analysis, and solution validation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements using a variety of elicitation and analysis techniques.
- Develop Solution Proposals, White Papers, and technical documents such as Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and relevant design documentations such as use cases, sequence diagrams, DFDs etc.
- Work closely with technology and business stakeholders to develop Product Roadmaps.
- Analyze industry trends to contribute to the brainstorming of future solutions.
- Conduct research and gap analysis to suggest product evolution strategies.
- Deliver client presentations, user training sessions, and product walk-throughs.
- Respond to various requests such as TORs, EOIs, RFIs, RFPs, and RFOs.
Requirements and Competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in industry-standard Business Analysis processes, techniques, and methodologies.
- Strong PR and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Previous experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry or related operations is advantageous.
- Professional certification such as IIBA ECBA/CCBA is a plus.
