Responsibilities
• Oversee and monitor operational audits across all Teardrop properties
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial standards
• Conduct audits and identify areas for operational improvements
• Collaborate with property teams to implement best practices
• Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and transparency
Qualifications
• A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in auditing or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
Intermediate IT knowledge is an added advantage with familiarity in MS Office Package
