Entry Requirements

  • Possess a MBA / Degree In Telecommunication
  • Ideal candidate should have good analytical skills and presentation skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience in partner development or ICT industry
  • Achieve revenue growth in the assigned solution/product vertical by end of each year in order to ensure revenue growth and satisfaction.
  • Accomplish monthly / quarterly / annual revenue and sales targets on each partner channel.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including Sales, Enterprise solution engineering, Legal, Business Units, Procurement, Corporate Planning and Business control in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Build up channel partner sales funnels to maximize the enterprise revenues.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams (core & emerging) based on the customer segments and drive the pre & post sale stages until the project is closed.
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned strategic channel partner accounts.
  • Responsible for maintaining high degree of channel partner satisfaction in the allocated verticals in order to ensure the partner decision making units prefer Dialog over other operators.
  • Ensure genuine / good quality customers are introduced to the Network to ensure churn is within the limit specified by the company.
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with all staff members and play a key role as a team player.
