Job Role:<ul><li>Analyze and implement cybersecurity methodologies to protect the organization's IT infrastructure.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, Web Application Firewall, EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), and PAM (Privileged Access Management).</li><li>Coordinate with external service providers for internal vulnerability assessments.</li><li>Conduct periodic reviews of information systems for security compliance and privileged access log audits.</li><li>Participate in and represent IT during Information Systems audits.</li><li>Manage user account lifecycle, ensuring timely creation, deletion, and deactivation based on approvals and terminations.</li><li>Perform daily administration of security systems to maintain optimal functionality.</li><li>Ensure endpoint security by managing the patch lifecycle for operating systems and third-party applications across all company PCs.</li><li>Review and maintain agreements and contracts with third-party service providers and assist in resolving escalated support tickets.</li><li>Monitor and manage malware protection and antivirus systems, taking immediate action on incidents.</li></ul>Job Pre-Requisites:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or IT from a recognized institution. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.</li><li>Product certifications like CCNA, CCNP, and MCSE are advantageous.</li><li>Preferred certifications in Information Security or related products.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in cybersecurity incident management. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.</li><li>Thorough understanding of information security concepts, threats, vulnerabilities, and controls.</li></ul>
