Description
- Operates as the point of contact for client while accountable for entire client deliverables and ensuring client KPIs are met
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with client while identifying opportunities to grow
- Schedule regular meetings with clients; monthly/quarterly business reviews, internal meetings, etc.
- Manage project delivery/client migrations while coordinating with client and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining client agreements, SOPs, SOWs, risk analysis, etc. to ensure both the company and client adheres to contract terms/process guidelines
- Training and developing a strong backup within the team
Skills
Ability to stay organized and manage time efficiently
Problem-solving aptitude
Large scale team management
7+ years’ experience in general accounting/finance
Hands on experience in end-to-end finance including financial and management reporting
Exposure and understanding on BPM working patterns is preferred though not essential
Hands on experience in ERP environment and experience in “SAP FICO” financial accounting would be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal to technical and non-technical audiences and negotiation skills
