Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost- effectiveness.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to supply chain management.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and logistics management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
