Description
We are looking for a Assistant Manager - Resource Management to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and track resource requirements raised by Business Units.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to identify resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Assign available employees to projects based on their skillsets, previous experience, and availability.
- Address resource shortages by reallocating resources, assigning additional staff, and promptly informing senior management of any issues related to meeting clients' needs due to resourcing constraints.
- Forecast the need for new employees for upcoming projects.
- Mitigate resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff.
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure that the company's resources have the capacity to work on upcoming projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a relevant field.
- 3 - 5 years of industrial experience in Resource Management or a related role.
- Possession of PHRM or CCHRM qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of resource planning, allocation, and optimization principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess resource demands and optimize resource allocation.
