Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager - Digital Innovation will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative digital solutions to improve hospital operations and patient outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital technologies and healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovation Strategy: Assist in developing and executing the hospital's digital innovation strategy.
- Project Management: Lead and manage digital innovation projects from conception through implementation and evaluation.
- Technology Integration: Identify and integrate new technologies and digital solutions into existing hospital systems.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand their needs and ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on new digital tools and systems.
- Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest digital healthcare trends and technologies and assess their potential impact on hospital operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital innovation, IT, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting.

- Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
