• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a professional qualification in Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 2-years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Analytical, data-driven and well-versed with Excel.
• Excellent presentation skills including developing slides.
• Experience in developing CRM programs and campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge on marketing strategies, channels and branding.
• Financial or Statistical background will be an added advantage.
• Master's degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala.

• Drive CRM initiatives and oversee the execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the IT department to manage CRM systems.
• Develop reports and provide analytical data to the senior management.
• Design and develop presentations for prospective stakeholders.
• Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
• Acting as a liaison between the IT department and other stakeholders to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audiences.
• Plan, execute, measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Liaise with research partners on various projects.
• Coordinate with digital experts to improve marketing results.
• Maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy.
• Identify trends, insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
