Responsibilities<ul><li>Overlooking finance processes of the accounting department.</li><li>Review MI reports.</li><li>Review of monthly Financial Statements &amp;</li><li>ensure smooth month-end closure.</li><li>Preparation of Annual Financial Statements.</li><li>Suggest process improvement &amp; ensure aproductive work delivery.</li><li>Support the team with SAP-related queries</li><li>Liaising with the client to resolve issues on day today routine areas.</li><li>Experience on budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>Manage the accounting team</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of experience in bookkeeping, financial statement preparations, Reconciliation, and team management.</li><li>Experience in handling US clients.</li><li>Strong Experience working with SAP ERP.</li><li>Experience in Process improvements preferred.</li><li>Following/Completed a degree in related scope, with a professional accounting qualification. (CA, ACCA, CIMA, СМА, СРА)</li><li>Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.</li><li>Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide your team.</li></ul>
