Description
. Diploma or degree in administration/management/marketing
. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
. Experience in using word processing and spreadsheet programs
. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Coordinate customer service operations such as sales processes, orders and payments Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
- Resolve customer issues (if any)
- Prepare reports, analyze and interpret retail data, such as revenue and expenses Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Ensure all employees adhere to company's policies and guidelines on health, safety and security issues
