- Between 20-30 years of age.

- Strong communication skills in both English & Sinhala (Fluency in Tamil would be an added advantage).
- Valid motorcycle license (mandatory).
- Prior work experience in hire purchase & recovery related position would be an added advantage.
- Should be willing to work long hours.
- Should showcase strong work ethics & express a high level of commitment.
