Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and nurturing relationships with clients; acting as a bridge between the client and the company, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met
- Identifying opportunities for account growth by upselling or cross-selling products or services that align with the client’s needs and objectives
- Overseeing and coordinating projects or campaigns related to client accounts, ensuring they are executed effectively and meet client expectations
- Monitoring and assessing client satisfaction as well as taking proactive steps to ensure that clients are happy with the products or services provided
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Being responsible for proactively engaging with clients to discuss and negotiate the terms of contract renewals, ensuring that both the client’s evolving needs and the company’s objectives are met
- Engaging in client interactions, including both local and international visits, to nurture client relationships
- Preparing comprehensive and insightful reports and presentations on a regular basis, either monthly or weekly or when required

Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- A degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing or an equivalent qualification
- Competence in MS Office
- Experience in digital marketing, online hotel distribution and hotel marketing will be an added advantage
- Over 3 years of experience in Account Management / Project Management
