Botanik has been conceptualized and created by Cantaloupe & Co. to encompass a lifestyle venue with Botanical elements presented in the space through real life, art, design, and its food and beverage. We have teamed up with Chef Rishi Naleendra, a brilliant young Sri Lankan Chef who incidentally just won his first Michelin Star a few weeks prior to our opening. He has received international acclaim for his restaurant Cheek By Jowl in Singapore, which is now famed for its modern Australian Faire. We are huge fans of his work and the infectious spirit he injects to all his projects. The Botanik beverage experience has been curated by our F&B Director hailing from Brittany in France; Mathieu Delin, who started his career as a Sommelier in his home country. His diverse international experience, and portfolio shines through in his beverage menu and is punctuated by his unrelenting passion. Botanik is made up of three main areas - The Contemporary Bistro, The Terrace and The Verandah.
