Entry Requirements
- Minimum 4 – 6 years’ experience in the field
- Possess a Degree in Management or equivalent qualification
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, communication skills and team management skills are required
Responsibilities
- Lead the business line – stock trading and wealth management
- Participate in the launch of features – Functional requirements, UAT, Beta testing etc…
- Lead and direct the development team on products/ features
- Lead and direct the development team on products/ features · Effectively manage Features and functions which have been planned to be brought into the Genie platform.
- Ensure Compliance of SEC and CSE rules and regulations at all times and provide timely advise to the management.
- Drive and lead continuous improvement of the customer experience
- Identify the target audience & develop strategies to approach. - Collaborate with analytics teams to understand and align with correct target market and continue driving the acquisition
- Efficiently collaborate, communicate with the cross functional teams: product managers, product owners, heads exploit the platform and monetize each of the products
- Continuously review the progress of the results post campaigns and other promotional activities & re-align the areas where attention is needed.
- Clinically plan the feature roll out in consultation with the tech teams and implement. Identify the level of customer satisfaction via offline /online channels in the long term and through the entire lifecycle of their interaction with the product to ensure retention.
- Trading Platform providers - Relationship management with the onboarded platform providers. Onboarding of new platforms to the Genie Stocks
- Generating transactional reports and monitor performance - Raising periodical invoices to the broker and ensure on time revenue collection
- Review the level of demand towards the released products via analytics team and communicate customer feedback to the product team in order to improve /re-align the product roadmap.
