Software Project Manager

Responsibilities

• :Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Define project objectives, scope, and requirements, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate project activities, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Effectively communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
• Manage resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate team meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and retrospectives, to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale software development projects.
• In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with PM agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (Trello, Jira, Notion etc.).
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
