Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain local servers — Operating system and hardware support
- Maintain network equipment —Switch, Firewall and routers etc
- Manage new computer setup and other IT requirements for new staff
- Responsible for maintenance and control of IT Hardware inventory and application licenses of customers
- Interact with IT service providers at operational level for any connectivity troubleshooting support required.
- Perform and monitor daily backups and offsite tape storage
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned from time to time
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
Profile
- Degree/diploma in IT or Computer Science
- 1 - 2 Years experience in Information Technology management
- First level support knowledge in windows operating system, file and proxy servers tape drives and printers
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong problem solving and communication skill required
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skill
